How will I find clients?
 

The Premier Properties International, LLC Systems award-winning Intranet, Premierrealestatepros.com, provides numerous online and off line tools to help in prospecting for new clients, maintaining a contact list and building relationships with clients. Our stay in touch programs not only reminds clients of who we are but why they should choose us for their real estate needs.We have aligned ourselves with top producing lead service companies that provide leads daily to all of our agents.REO/BPO’S……. we are signed up with over 200 banks/lenders worldwide that provide us a flow of REO’S and BPO’S which result in new listings for our agents and new clients that need new homes for our agents. We advertise in over 25 different areas for our agents.

Can I set my own routine?
 

Generally, you can enjoy a varied schedule, spending time out in the community with clients, and also meeting and working with colleagues. Here at Premier Properties International, LLC we allow flexible schedules to allow our agents the luxury of being a real estate agent and also having plenty of time for their family and other activities.

Becoming a PPI Agent       

We offer an aggressive commission schedule that is structured with no caps, thus making your earning potential virtually unlimited. Starting Date:__________   Attain a 5% increase for every $20k in production to attain 100% commission.  Here at Premier Properties International, LLC we DO NOT CHARGE YOU FEES, we believe the money you make YOU SHOULD KEEP not pay out to your office in office fees. The only fee we charge is an E&O insurance contribution of $300 annually.

Criteria for becoming a Premier Agent 

Agents must complete at least 2 years as an independent contractor with Premier Properties International before 100% Commission may be attained, or an Agent must close at least 20 transactions as an agent of Premier Properties International, or have a total volume of at least $3 million as an agent of Premier Properties International.

Win-Win Management Opportunities     

 Managing Agent Supports “Premier Agent” Fee Structure plus $5k per agent annually. Managing Agent Splits Commission with each agent recruited based on Premier Properties International Split Schedule.
